TSX · TSXV · Market-response intelligence

Every press release is graded in market cap. Most are still written by feel.

We analyzed what moved the share price in every recent TSX mining PR. Upside PR is those insights applied to your press releases.

02 · Composer

Point form in. Review-ready PR draft out.

CORPORATE VOICE

Consistent writing style based on your own historical releases.

The composer learns your measured voice from your own record. A release drafted by the CEO, corp dev, and counsel comes out reading like one company, not eight paragraphs from five people.

TRACKED CHANGES

Every edit is visible and referenced.

Suggestions arrive as tracked changes with statistical references. Accept, reject, or bring to attention of counsel and the QP. Export a standard .docx redline that fits into the rest of your workflow.

THE MACHINE READ

The first reader of your release is not human.

Quant scrapers price your headline in milliseconds, and retail now asks chatbots whether to buy your stock. Before the wire, an adversarial pass reads your draft the way the machines will. You think it says X. Find out if they hear Y.

CONNECTED SOURCES

Grounded in your own database.

Connect your technical data server and drafts carry your exact intervals, zone names and QP language instead of placeholders. Your data stays on your infrastructure; we borrow context to compose and refine your draft.

Questions

Asked before every demo.

Are you promising a better market reaction?

No. Reactions depend on the disclosed information, expectations, commodity prices and other factors. Every effect on this page is a historical association measured across the dataset, not a forecast for your next release. Part of what Upside PR does is put statistical analysis behind the framing decisions your team currently makes by instinct.

What if we already use a general AI assistant for drafting?

AI assistants excel at spell check and rephrasing but lack context for deep review; it takes a frontier AI model to provide quality strategic analysis and insight. Neither contains your press release history, a 5+ year TSX/TSXV reaction dataset, industry-specific patterns, an adversarial machine-read of your draft, or a seamless .docx workflow inside MNPI-grade controls. Upside PR is not about access to an AI model; it is about the evidence, the analysis and the control environment around one.

Will my team actually use it?

The product is built around your release cadence, not a login habit. Every draft runs through the composer and review, every published release comes back as a debrief, and the playbook refreshes monthly as the dataset grows. If you publish, you use it; each release makes the next one smarter.

Does this replace counsel, our QP, or our IR agency?

No. Material information is never removed, compliance concerns are raised instead of being silently resolved in the draft, and every export is built to be reviewed by management, counsel and your Qualified Person before publication. Upside PR sits upstream of the approval chain, not inside it.

How is our MNPI handled?

Access is restricted to your authorized company workspace. The AI model tasked with composition and review operates with Zero Data Retention; your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and never used for model training; exports and sensitive actions in your workspace are logged; and drafts can be permanently deleted before the maximum retention window closes. The Data & Security Policy sets out each control in full.
